PayinTech is a pioneering and leading B2B FinTech software company in cashless systems in Europe. Its payment platform has been used by tourism and entertainment structures, but also by new businesses such as facility management or development projects since 2017. The company’s ambition is to simplify transactions while enabling business customers to optimize their sources of income and their marketing data.
The solution’s central hub consists of a transactional engine that acts as a “Private Central Bank”. End-users are equipped with an NFC wearable as means of payment within the ecosystem. Merchants of the ecosystem use a business application that is linked - or not - to their POS software.
PayinTech employs 38 people in France, Spain and the Philippines, and manages a cash flow of c. €100 million in 2018. Our platform is used in 15 countries since we sell it through direct and indirect channels. We are developing our business mainly in Western Europe, prioritarily in France and Spain, South-Eastern Asia and Western Africa.

Descriptif du poste

PayinTech’s service and delivery are already deployed in 15 countries. We have both a Direct Sales and Channel Partners go-to-market and we are hiring the Sales Director to bring us to the next level in the 5 continents. You will support the growth of PayinTech customer base and develop our new markets. Along with Business Development, Product and Operations departments, your team will bring new customers, develop the commercial pipeline and implement PayinTech strategy for 2020.

DIRECT SALES

  • In charge of sales development in all vertical addressed by PayinTech
  • Accountability on sales P&L
  • Direct Management of 8 sales people distributed in PayinTech offices (in France and abroad)
  • Team animation, objective setting, prioritization and execution
  • CRM reporting
  • New sales member hiring process

PARTNERS & CHANNEL SALES

  • Along with the Business Development department, nurture and follow the sales development via partners and channels
  • Execute the Partner development Plan (training, master classes, support), follow-up the results and implement corrective actions if needed

REPORTING

  • Member of the Management Committee
  • Direct report to the President and the CEO
  • Managing an existing sales junior-to-senior team to coach and to train
  • Accountable on sales Budget

Profil recherché

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 15+ years of professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Experience working with both direct & indirect customers
  • Experience in managing sales teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to solve problems and to adapt to the evolution of a fast growing company
  • Ability to think strategically, drive team execution
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, report and manage time effectively

VALUED SKILLS

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
  • Experience in the payment vertical and/or tourist, event industry is a plus
  • International experience, ability to travel regularly
  • Taste for managing and coaching team members
